We Filipinos tend to need grave warnings or fines before we follow certain policies. Our culture has taught us that if we can get away with something then we will and this notion has become second instinct.
One netizen shared his encounter with a woman inside a car along Ayala Center who shamelessly threw her Starbucks brown bag out of the car.
"Just witnessed this: Woman in the passenger side of a car opens her door and, to my surprise, throws out a Starbucks brown bag," he shared.
"She closes her door without realizing the bag handle is stuck to the car door. The car moves a few meters. Realizing the bag is still there, she opens her door, lets loose [of] the brown bag, then drives away."
Netizen Patrick Estella, who made the post, remarked on how some people just don't know how to act in public.
"I am in shock by the lack of civility and 'urbanidad' of some people," he added.
The post has reached 29,000 reactions and 12,000 shares. Netizens were outraged at the indecent act.

"Haha pa starbucks pa si ate girl na driver, may pera pambili ng kape pero wala pambili ng basurahan! Wahahaha," comments Len Tesa.
