The long wait is over! Finally, the national costume of Miss Universe Philippines Maxine Medina was revealed at the preliminary compitition.
Thursday evening, the 65th Miss Universe preliminaries took place at Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City where 86 candidates of the prestigious competition flaunted their different national costumes, long gowns and swimsuits.
The crowd got loud as Medina walked wearing her national costume which was inspired by the Vinta, a traditional boat in Mindanao. Her gorgeous dress was paired with a coral reef head dress.
Medina's gown costs more than P1 million due to the south sea pearls which accented her attire.
Not only that, Medina slayed the runway as she wore her swimsuit and long gown.
