This heartbreaking CCTV footage from Tarlac is going viral and it will surely leave you in a puddle of tears.
As seen on the video, a family on a motorcycle fatally collided with a counter flowing SUV in Capas, Tarlac.
Netizens reported that the tragic incident killed the rider, his wife and his other child. The three were declared dead on the spot. Miraculously, his other child Jillian survived the collision.
"Nangilabot ako nung nakita ko actual CCTV footage ng nangyare kay baby Jillian at sa pamilya niya. Sa mga hind po nakaka alam dead on the spot daw po ang nanay tatay at kapatid ni Jillian," said netizen Jhun Zulueta Zarate.
The netizen also shared that the female driver of the SUV was not imprisoned, claiming that she got away because she was a businessman's daughter in Tarlac.
Netizens also speculate that the driver of the SUV was drunk when the incident happened.
Netizens shared sympathy for young Jillian. Along with this, netizens have also called out to the government to act upon this and ensure that justice will be served.
"Government should be strict with the written driving test. Drivers should know the rules before granting a permit or license to drive. To prevent accident like this," said netizen Victoria Lynn.
